Finding inspiration in the human body. I examine each individual's relationship with one's own body. One's own inner universe is filled with pain and pleasure. The individual comes through the form.

I like to show people's personalities and opinions of their own bodies through my works. As a society we have both love and disgust for our body image. It's an intimate portrait of a person's self image as well as a reflection of the discrepancy of the outer and inner self-awareness. In our world where beauty is power our bodies often betray us as well as portray us. It is a self-portrait as well as a map of your own inner image.

There is no deeper peace than inner peace. There is no hell worse than the one we create for ourselves. Our vision of our body and societies picture of our body can be distorted. Learning to love us can be a constant balancing act. We try deciding between what society shows as beauty and what true beauty really is.
